সফেদা (Sapodilla) অত্যন্ত মিষ্টি ও পুষ্টিকর একটি গ্রীষ্মমণ্ডলীয় ফল। ইংরেজিতে একে 'Sapodilla' বা 'Sapodilla Plum' বলা হলেও বাংলাদেশ, ভারত ও পশ্চিমবঙ্গে এটি 'সবেদা' বা 'সফেদা' নামে পরিচিত। এটি কাঁচা অবস্থায় শক্ত ও কষযুক্ত হলেও পাকার পর নরম, মিষ্টি ও সুস্বাদু হয়।
